You receive a phone number and call the agent up to 25 times. Test questions, voice, and flow. After every 5th call, you can give us feedback – we adjust the agent free of charge.

Hybrid Test (25 Calls)

Once you are satisfied, we test the hybrid model together with real respondents. You provide a contact list, your team handles the initial contact, and our Voice Agent conducts the interview.

This notice is mandatory under the EU AI Act (Art. 50) and will be automatically inserted into the greeting.

This consent is required under GDPR (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a). If declined, the conversation will be politely ended.

Legal Notices for the Trial

AI Transparency Requirement: In accordance with the EU AI Act (Art. 50), the AI Voice Agent is configured to identify itself as an artificial intelligence at the beginning of each conversation. This notice cannot be deactivated.

Recording Consent: The agent obtains explicit consent for recording at the beginning of each conversation (GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a). If declined, the conversation is politely ended.

Hybrid Model: The conversation is initiated by a human employee who then hands over to the AI Voice Agent. This approach complies with current legal requirements.

Data Processing: All data is processed on servers in Germany. No transfer to third countries takes place. The trial is free and non-binding.
