A human interviewer calls the participant, introduces themselves, explains the purpose of the study and obtains explicit consent for the handover to the AI assistant. Only then does the AI Voice Agent take over and conduct the standardized interview. This approach ensures legal compliance (UWG § 7) while maximizing efficiency.

Our hybrid model was developed in compliance with UWG § 7 (prohibition of unsolicited automated calls), GDPR (data protection) and the EU AI Act (transparency obligations). The human first contact and explicit consent before AI handover are key elements of our compliance concept. We recommend coordinating the implementation with your legal advisor.
