A human interviewer calls the participant, introduces themselves, explains the purpose of the study and obtains explicit consent for the handover to the AI assistant. Only then does the AI Voice Agent take over and conduct the standardized interview. This approach ensures legal compliance (UWG § 7) while maximizing efficiency.
